Last Tuesday, June 26th, SESC-DF opened Salão das Artes SESC-DF echibition at Pátio Brasil Shopping – situated in Brasília – at 7:00 PM.

It was a very fortunate choice by the organization team of SESC-DF, as the shopping center serves as an important hub in Brazilian capital city. Also, the exhibition area is very large: works can be seen throughout a long corridor, spanning accross an area over 700 square meters wide.

Thousands of visitors are expected to attend the exhibition, which is displaying almost 100 works from artists based in Brazil and abroad until July, 27th.

Being there in person, at the opening night of Salão das Artes SESC-DF, and seeing my own work among others from great Brazilian artists was very meaningful in itself. Also, it was a great opportunity to get to know other artists and exchange information on careeer paths, opportunities and techniques. Last but not least, the staff involved with the organization of Salão das Artes SESC-DF prepared a beautifully crafted catalogue, portraying each artist’s work, which was presented to each of the selected artists.
